This position will be located in Wampum, PA Summary The QA Lab Technician receives, tests and analyzes production samples and raw materials as well as supporting other activities pertaining to Vesuvius Penn's quality control programs.

Responsibilities:
Collect, label and test production samples and raw materials according to written test procedures Conduct quality inspection of finished goods Setup and calibrate equipment to ensure accurate testing Provide administrative support for the Quality program Assist with documenting written Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures Conduct internal audits

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand, walk, use hands to operate computer equipment, and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
The work environment has temperature extremes and moderate to high noise level.
Regional travel is required occasionally.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, education and location.
